  • Are prices subject to change?

    Yes, our prices are subject to change. However, we will never charge an account without first notifying you of any changes taking place.

  • Is there a membership commitment length?

    No. Memberships are month to month and can be canceled at any time.

  • When are travel ball tryouts?

    Travel ball tryouts are at the end of summer and are occasionally held during winter break if positions still need to be filled.

  • Can I get a discount for signing up multiple kids?

    Yes, we provide discounts for families with multiple children.

  • Can my team practice there?

    Yes, teams outside of the Ballers organization are welcome to rent cages.

  • Can I rent a cage as an instructor to give lessons?

    No. Only our in-house instructors that work for Ballers Academy are allowed to give lessons inside the academy.

  • How to I sign up for a membership or rent a cage?

    You can book online or call us and one of our staff members can assist you.

  • If I have an issue with anything who do I contact?

    We value customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with something, please feel free to send an email to: ballers@ballersbaseballandsoftballacademy.com. One of our owners will reach out to you.

  • Is it possible to come in outside of normal academy hours?

    Yes. In some cases, we are willing to open doors outside of normal hours. For example, we will open the doors for things such as:

    Team practices.

    College and Pro athletes wanting to come in and work.

    Call us to see if facility time outside of operating hours is an option.

  • Can packages be shared?

    Non-member packages can be shared between siblings only.

    Member packages cannot be shared, unless both siblings are the same membership status.

  • Can I cancel a booking?

    Yes, however, if you do not cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment time you will be charged.
