Weekly Sports Training Classes
Baseball and Softball are sports that can be played year around. For that, we don’t really have an “off-season” time for training.
The Academy will be hosting training sessions twice a week. Training will consist of mobility, flexibility, agility, strength, plyometrics, conditioning, quickness, and more.
To perform at a higher level everything matters. Taking care of your body has to be a priority. The game can be very mentally and physically taxing and being physically unfit shouldn’t be an option, that’s one thing we have some control over.
Session pricing:
1 Session- $20
2 Sessions- $35
4 Sessions- $70
8 Sessions- $135
